| Hello! Recently, we found TS Toys on MadeinChina.com & contacted Kate Zhang regarding certain LeapFrog toys that we wanted to purchase. We agreed with Kate Zhang about the prices & the terms of this toy purchase, but she tricked us in that after paying her hundreds of US$ via Western Union, she said we needed to send her more money. We then asked for our money back because honest & professional people don't do these kinds of tricks. However, we haven't heard from her since then. We asked MadeinChina.com to help us, but she didn't respond to them, either, & they have already removed her from their database. We would appreciate it if you could help us get the products that we ordered from her (if she really had them to begin with) or our money back. It is not right for her to keep our money if she doesn’t want to send us the toys at the rate & the terms that we agreed on. If you need more information about this transaction, we can provide you everything from e-mails to the Western Union e-receipt. Thank you for your kind help! |
